I attended Nadia’s online course and thought it was really a wonderful experience. Nadia offered a lot of great tips for makeup application. I feel more confident to try out the new learnt techniques. There were lots of valuable advice, particularly appreciated the tips for oily skin and pores.

I recently took her self-grooming course and absolutely loved it from beginning to end. She’s the best! She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Needs to learn some basic customer service skills. Wouldn't risk her attitude ruining your big day

Response: You told me to contact you via phone, if you're busy at 7am simply don't respond until after you've dropped your boy to school, why do I even need to know that? Some people deal with request like this outside of work hours, that doesn't mean you need to respond right away. The images you sent me were simply far away screen shots of your insta which by the way showed NO subtle make up which I requested about two days prior via Google maps. Go in your archives find the look, share the pics, do it in YOUR OWN time and you'd potentially have a customer. Send immature voice notes, laughing, demanding a deposit before you continue corresponding is just poooooor customer service. The attitude would definitely ruin someone's day.

Hi KeezaI understand how you feel when you were asking for images of my work at 7.45am in WhatsApp I respectfully sent 50 odd pics immediately in response to you to which you stated do you have anymore. I immediately responded with the fact that I was in the middle of something and you were not happy to accept this. This does not at all mean I would ruin someone’s “big day”Thanks for your review
