These Terms and Conditions apply to all makeup and hair services provided by Nadia Hussain (“the Artist”) and any associated artists booked via Nadia Hussain. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings and Deposits

• A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• Until a deposit is received, your booking is not confirmed and will not be held in the diary.
• The remaining balance must be paid as agreed prior to the appointment or on the day of service, before the session begins (as specified in your booking confirmation).

Payments

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£).
• Travel fees may apply and are charged per mile from the Artist’s location unless otherwise stated.
• Any additional charges, including congestion charges, tolls, Dartford crossing fees, parking fees, or other travel-related costs, are the client’s responsibility and will be added to the final bill.

Location and Setup

• Please ensure that the location is accessible and suitable for the Artist to set up, with adequate lighting, seating, and a power source if required.
• Parking must be provided as the Artist carries heavy and delicate equipment.
• For bookings at venues or private locations, the setup area must be close to the entrance where possible for easy loading and unloading.

Preparation and Timeliness

• Clients are required to read and follow the preparation guidelines provided before the appointment.
• It is the client’s responsibility to communicate directly with the Artist in advance via WhatsApp, text, or email to ensure readiness.
• If the client is running late, the allocated time will still end at the originally agreed time. This may result in incomplete services, for which the Artist will not be held responsible.
• A waiting fee of £30 per 30 minutes will apply for any delays caused by the client.

Cancellations and Changes

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates, people, or services.
• In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit will be retained in full.
• If the Artist must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all deposits will be refunded in full, or an alternative artist will be recommended where possible.

Third-Party Artists

• If you are booking or using any makeup artist referred or introduced through Nadia Hussain, please note that Nadia acts solely as a booking intermediary.
• Nadia Hussain will not be held liable for any issues arising between you and another makeup artist, including but not limited to service quality, delays, cancellations, or disputes.
• Any contractual or service-related matters are strictly between the client and the third-party artist.

Health and Hygiene

• Please inform the Artist in advance of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the service.
• The Artist maintains the highest standards of hygiene and will not be held responsible for reactions that occur due to undisclosed conditions or product sensitivities.

Photos and Social Media

• With client consent, the Artist may take photos or videos of the finished look for portfolio or social media use.
• Clients may request that their images not be shared publicly by informing the Artist before the session.

Liability

• All care is taken during makeup and hair application; however, the Artist is not liable for any damage to clothing, property, or personal items during the appointment.
• The Artist holds no responsibility for any adverse reactions to products used, provided all necessary information was not disclosed in advance.

Force Majeure

The Artist will not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond her control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, severe weather, traffic delays, or emergency situations.

Agreement

By paying a deposit, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
